Personnel
CiCA is a team effort, and our team of volunteers is growing all the time. In addition to the field workers we also have an appointed board of trustees.
Erica Lugg is the director of CiCA. She originates from the UK but has been resident in Zambia since January 2005.
Zenith Vundamina is a trustee of CiCA. She is also responsible for all the financial management of the charity. She is the first point of contact for most people seeking assistance and her gentle but firm approach really helps us in assessing and prioritising cases.
Feudess Kabwe is a trustee. He is a senior manager at Mopani Copper Mines in Kitwe. He is also the chairman of our partner organisation, Lordsway Ministries.
Kenneth Mukupa is a trustee. He works for Mopani Copper Mines in Mufulira and is the General Secretary for Lordsway Ministries.
Richard Syasiipa is a trustee, and works as an architect for Mopani Copper Mines in Mufulira. He is also in senior leadership in Lordsway Ministries.
Terry Ngwewa is also a trustee and he too works for Mopani in Mufulira. He is also a pastor and is responsible for the central church congregation of Lordsway Ministries in Mufulira.
Miriam Mwape is a trustee. She is a secretary at Mpelembe Secondary School in Kitwe and the vice secretary of Lordsway Ministries.
Ruth Musonda is one of our volunteer field workers. She is also pastoring one of the congregations of Lordsway Ministries in Kankoyo, Mufulira.
Gabriel Kaunda is another field worker, he is also a miner and a leader in Lordsway Ministries.
Andrew Mwape is another field worker, also a miner and a leader in Lordsway Ministries.
Robert Nsama Mulenga. A field worker and also an assistant pastor in Lordsway Ministries
Alice Pumulo is on the team, and she is also a teacher in a government school and with her husband she also runs a private school in Mufulira. She is also a leader in Lordsway Ministries
Derek Chomba travels the furthest of all our field workers and carries the most responsibility. He is also a pastor within Lordsway Ministries responsible for the missions department.
Doris Mahuma is our representative based in Ndola where she lives with her husband Steve and daughter Luwi. Together they are also leading the Lordsway Church in Ndola.
